71 appointments were wasted in March 2025 due to patients not attending their booked appointments.

• 24 patients Did Not Attend for their Doctor’s Appointment.
  Approximately 5.5 Hours of doctor’s time was wasted.
• 47 patients Did Not Attend for their Nurse’s Appointment.
  Approximately 8.5 Hours of Nurse’s time was wasted. 

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are not able to attend your Appointment, please contact the surgery and cancel your Appointment with at least 1 hour notice; so that someone who needs to be seen urgently can have that Appointment.
